At Quick Keto we are inspired by the vibrant and diverse food cultures  from around the world. Learning how some cultures seem to be healthier  than others, through their diet alone. After much research doctors now recognise that a low carb, keto diet can support Celiac disease, weight loss, reduce the risk of diabetes and certain cancers, improve  brain function and symptoms of PCOS. It has also been found to  potentially reduce seizures.

We believe that quality is key when it comes to food. That is why we only use the best ingredients and prepare everything fresh in our  kitchen. We are committed to providing high quality bakes goods that are delicious, filling and nutritious, with no unnecessary preservatives and use local and organic ingredients where possible.

We currently deliver twice a week Nationally and locally on Tuesday and Thursday. Nationally we use the Royal Mail 24hr Tracked service for orders of a Minimum of 6 and Maximum of 12 selected bakes for £3.50 (inc VAT). If the minimum order amount is not met, your order will be cancelled. We hand deliver for £1.99 (inc VAT) to postcodes RG1, RG2, RG4, RG5,  RG6, RG8, RG9, RG10, RG30, RG31,RG41 and OX10. 

If you have any special requirements, e.g. No Icing, Prefer Regular Jam rather than Keto Sugar Free Jam or if you need your parcel placed in a safe place out of the sun, please specify in the box provided at the checkout.
